Cancellation Policy

At this time, I do not accept cancellations. Any canceled appointments will result in a forfeited deposit.
Rescheduling requests may be made up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment; however, all rescheduling is subject to the stylist’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
Any requests made within 48 hours of the appointment, failure to show, or significant lateness will result in loss of the deposit and may incur up to 50% of the total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a reschedule is approved, the deposit may or may not be transferred at the stylist’s discretion. Products or materials purchased specifically for your appointment will be deducted from the deposit if applicable.
If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please communicate as soon as possible so they can be considered.
